Jules Lefevre
Retirement Advisor
Jules has been privileged to financially counsel many families over the past 25 years about retirement planning. After being trained by and working for two large brokerage firms, she learned that what was once effective for retirees in previous decades, no longer worked in today’s economy.
Sadly, Jules feels that the financial services industry isn’t as responsive as it should be during these rapidly changing times. Out of frustration, Jules sought independent analysis from academic institutions and thought leaders on how to best counsel her clients. Jules is passionate about educating middle class Americans on how to prepare themselves for retirement in today’s world.
Jules graduated from Pine Manor College in 1986. She began her career at Lehman Brothers, where she worked as an Investment Advisor specializing in Initial Public Offerings. In 1996, she joined Paine Webber and a specialized investment team dedicated to assisting women in business. This experience prepared her to co-found Retirement Income USA.
Jules resides in Duxbury, MA. In her free time, she enjoys working in her organic garden, kitchen, and spending time with family and friends.
Karen Bowen
Office Manager

Karen began her career in 1979 at Thompson McKinnon Securities, where she worked as a Registered Sales Associate. In 1985, she joined A. G. Edwards & Sons as their Operations Supervisor covering all aspects of the NYSE compliance, and later became a Registered Sales Associate to their Institutional Investment Team that specialized in banking bond portfolios.
Karen brings many years of industry experience to Retirement Income USA and is responsible for the day-to-day office operations and management. She has a knack for making every client feel special and ensuring they are well taken care of.

Tripp Lefevre
Retirement Income Certified Professional
Tripp is a 25-year veteran of the industry, one of the most successful retirement planners in the country, and the co-founder of Retirement Income USA. As a Retirement Income Certified Professional, Tripp has appeared on Fox, New England Cable TV, and other national media outlets.
Tripp recognizes that one of the biggest challenges in dealing with clients is their mindset. A shift in financial objectives and expectations must occur when a person transitions into retirement. The primary focus of a 30-year growth and accumulation strategy needs to be reworked into an income and risk management strategy to help secure retirement. Tripp’s goal when working with his clients is to help them understand complex financial strategies.
After graduating from Boston University in 1989, Tripp began his career in the financial services industry. He owned and operated an institutional trading company on the floor of the Boston Stock Exchange, served as a Research Specialist helping hedge funds with investment and trading strategies, and acted the head trader at a large hedge fund before co-founding Retirement Income USA.
Tripp resides in Duxbury, MA. When he is not helping their clients, he can usually be found on or around Duxbury Bay with family and friends.
